As Spice Hotel & SPA and Antalya Serik/Belek Resort Hotel, we have adopted a long-term Integrated Sustainability Management system that addresses environmental, social, cultural, economic, quality, human rights, health, safety, risk, and crisis management issues, and aims to continuously improve the service we provide to our guests and the foundation of our collaboration with all of our valued partners.

The fundamental aim of our organization is to be a prime example of a city-style tourist accommodation business that prioritizes growth that is both profitable and sustainable, while also providing added value to all relevant parties involved.

In line with this goal, specific targets have been established to guide and support our strategy. Fulfilling the necessities associated with our defined targets is a core obligation for us as we progress.

Since its establishment, our hotel has taken steps towards being an environmentally conscious facility. In an effort to promote sustainable practices within the tourism industry in Antalya Serik/Belek, a systematic and sustainable integrated management policy has been established, taking into account all relevant factors affecting the environment, including flora and fauna, air quality, and the overall environmental context.

This policy statement contains the fundamental obligations of the Spice Hotel & SPA Integrated Sustainability Management System and is consistent with other organizational policies. It has also been made available to all relevant parties involved in the system's framework.

In terms of Nature and the Future,

With a commitment to providing impeccable service, it is our objective to fulfill the needs and expectations of our guests and all associated stakeholders. We have implemented an effective management system that governs the environmental impacts of our operation. We embrace the development of environmental and waste management practices aimed towards the future.

In terms of compliance with legal requirements,

We identify the relevant parties within our sphere of influence and make necessary planning to meet the expectations of each relevant party.

Our organization ensures the conformity of all products and services offered to legal regulations and standards, both nationally and internationally, while constantly monitoring and updating the relevant legislation.

We identify legal and relevant statutory requirements, continuously review them, and develop innovative systems to fully comply with legal requirements.

In terms of fair employment and human rights,

We ensure our employees have a safe and comfortable working environment. We raise awareness of Food Safety, Environmental Management, Human Rights, Information Security, Occupational Health and Safety in order to provide quality, safe, and comfortable service to our guests in the most appropriate manner for the Spice Hotel & SPA brand.

We seek to contribute to the development of the natural environment in all our activities. We create projects to reduce waste in the context of resource efficiency, pollution prevention, and zero waste initiatives.

We tend to use materials that are recyclable and have less impact on the environment. We embrace actions to mitigate the climate crisis and support the protection of biodiversity and ecosystems.

In terms of energy, water saving and footprint,

We adopt the use of alternative renewable resources as well as the most effective use of energy resources. We aim to continuously improve our energy performance.

We commit to monitoring, improvement and efficiency projects to reduce our organization's water and carbon footprint.

In terms of hygiene and food safety,

We are committed to maintaining safety in the food chain from source to plate with regard to food safety and hygiene. We do not manufacture and put products into production and service until we are certain of the suitability of suppliers. We run operational subsystems that adhere to ongoing food hygiene improvement in the business's production and service areas.

In terms of copyright and cultural heritage,

We care about copyrights and intellectual property rights in social and cultural activities provided within our organization. We prioritize protecting the cultural heritage of the Antalya Serik/Belek region and informing our guests about it.

In terms of sustainable economy and supply chain management,

We pursue the development of the supply chain with the desire to contribute to the local economy. We consider the locality of our raw materials and monitor their improvement with statistical data. We prefer to work with suppliers that practice fair trade, life cycle analysis, carbon footprint calculation, and monitoring standards.

We adopt restrictive policies on the supply and use of threatened species.

We ensure that the products supplied are sourced from environmentally friendly sources and suppliers.

We endeavor to ensure that the supplied products are selected from reusable, recyclable or recycled and returnable products.

In terms of personal data and general data security,

Employee and guest data is safe with us. We manage data security risks and ensure the implementation of technical and administrative measures with a constantly improving infrastructure for the protection of personal data. We adopt the operation and continuous improvement of the necessary care and subsystems for the protection and supervision of data subjects' data.
