This sort of villa which has an indoor size of 506 m² embraces a private pool nestled in a private garden occupying an area of 511 m². Interior part of the building consists of 5 bedrooms with private bathrooms in each, jacuzzi, kitchen, dining room, living room with a fireplace, Turkish Bath and Sauna.
Each of the 5 "one-storied Safran Villas" occupies an area of 185 m². A Safran Villa consists of 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms in each, jacuzzi, a kitchen, an unseparated dining room, private garden and private pool.
Each of the 6 "double-storied Mint Villas" occupies an area of 247 m². A Mint Villa consists of 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms in each, jacuzzi, a living room, a concealed private garden and private pool.
Each of the 10 "double-storied Ginger Villas" having direct access to the VIP Pool (1800 m²) occupies an area of 116 m². A Ginger Villa consists of one bedroom including a big jacuzzi inside, a living-room, 2 bathrooms.
